Security Policy 

Any order made with GOREME JEWELRY  is evaluated within the “data – credit card – transaction” security triangle. 

Data security 

The information you enter into the system while becoming a member is stored in a secure database. GOREME JEWELRY  undertakes that it will not share this data for any purpose and never publicly and/or share it with third parties and institutions. All necessary information security measures are taken to prevent external interference with the database where this data is stored. 

Credit Card Security 

After you approve your shopping cart, all transactions take place in 256-bit encrypted electronic environment between your computer and the bank we work with. Your credit card information cannot be viewed by any third party, including site administrators. The credit card information you enter is only used during shopping and is not kept in the data bank of the site in any way. The security of your personal information is one of the most important issues for us. In some cases, verbal confirmation of your order may be requested from the bank. In this case, your bank will call you from your registered information in the bank and ask for confirmation about your order. In order for your bank to reach you, make sure that your personal information stored in your bank is up-to-date. Your order may be canceled due to your phone number being unreachable during the security check. Please make sure that the phone number you entered is correct, the numbers you have entered in the system and your e-mail address will be used for any information about your order. 

Transaction Security 

GOREME JEWELRY purchases are under SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate guarantee. The task of the SSL certificate is to ensure that the information flow between the user’s computer and the main machine (server) where the site is located is carried out securely. The certificate consists of a switching files and uploaded to the server. A site is normally connected with the HTTP protocol and information flows between the visitor and the server in normal packaging. When an SSL certificate is used, the page or site to be called secure is connected with the HTTPS protocol. In this way, the information between the visitor and the server is packed in encrypted form and is only decrypted by the user’s browser or server. In this way, important information to be sent to the server by the user, credit card, member information, etc.
