Goreme jewelry is not responsible for external factors that may cause delivery delays.
Delivery: The products you have purchased on our website are delivered to you via MNG Cargo and DHL respectively.

In extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprisings, public movements, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire situations and arising from the buyer (not being at the address, lack of an authority to take delivery, the buyer has moved from the address, etc.) delivery time and conditions may vary.
Shipping Fee: The shipping fee belongs to the buyer. All international orders are shipped via DHL Applicable taxes and duties are not included in the payment total and are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. Goreme Jewelry is not responsible for any additional charges.
Delivery Information: You can track the movements of your cargo with the B/L number on the MNG Cargo website and with DHL Tracking Number.
You can receive your order from the courier against signature by presenting a picture ID.
Please check whether the shipping box is damaged when receiving your product. DO NOT DELIVERY the damaged cargo, record it and return it. Our Customer Service will assist you. Damaged cargo notification after receipt will not be processed.
If you are not present at the address you specified at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after its picture ID is checked and its signature is received.
If no one is found at the address at the time of delivery, the employee of the company will leave you a news note containing the phone number of the cargo company. After the news note is left, your cargo will be kept at the nearest MNG Cargo branch for 2 days. Cargoes exceeding this period will be sent back to the departing branch.
TERMS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Right of refusal
In case the products are damaged or defective, the Customer must notify all damages in writing to admin@goremejewelry.com within 24 hours.
Any damage to packaging and/or product(s), or any discrepancy in the number of packages or indications incurred during transport by a shipping company, must be reported promptly by placing a written control reserve on the Courier’s delivery note. Once the courier document is signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections to the external features of the delivered item.
If the customer is not satisfied with his order for any reason, he can return the purchased products within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date in accordance with the provisions of Article 64 of the Consumer Law.
Goreme jewelry will reimburse the entire cost of Items returned by the Customer as unused and undamaged.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.
Returns can only be accepted with prior approval from Goreme Jewelry.
The customer can independently choose the courier to send. Return risks and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The re-credit will be made to the current account corresponding to the credit card used for the payment. Alternatively, if the purchase was made by bank transfer, the customer’s current account is credited again.
Except for returns
Goreme jewelry will not accept returns of the following;
– customized products and / and made at the request of the customer
– damaged or/and used items
– unpackaged products

You can return the product you bought from goremejewelry.com with the original box or packaging of the product, together with your invoice, within 14 days according to the rules specified in the Turkish Consumer Law. Due to hygiene rules, earrings are not returned or exchanged.
Before sending the product you want to return, please write and send the “Contact Form” on the “Contact” page of our site, the reference numbers of the product or products you want to return, why you want to return it, and your contact information where we can reach you. When you fill out and submit this form, authorized persons will contact you as soon as possible and give you a “Return Tracking Number” regarding the subject. (This form is mandatory in accordance with the General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law No. 385.)
Returns must be made together with the invoice and the original box or packaging of the product.
Its original box/packaging is damaged (for example: cannot be resealed, torn, etc.), has lost its resaleability feature, has been mounted/installed, has a perfume smell, is damaged by the buyer (with broken stone, etc.), cannot be purchased by another customer. Returns of products that are in condition are not accepted.
You must send all copies of the product you want to return, the original invoice and your return tracking number.
TERMS OF RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Items to be returned must be unused.
There should be absolutely no perfume or skin odor in the products.
Stones broken due to impacts (dropping, impact) encountered by the materials used are not returned.
Damages caused by the user, such as falling and hitting, are repaired by paying the price.
Since direct spraying of perfume on the jewelry will spoil the coating in a short time, defects arising from such applications are not within the scope of return.
Returns of products that have been processed in this way are not accepted, as they will spoil the coating of the jewelry in the sea and pool.
RETURNS
The incoming product is first examined by the After Sales Service of Goreme Jewelry company. If it complies with the above conditions, the return process will be initiated and you will be notified that your return has been approved. Once approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card or bank transfer within 10 working days, which is the legal period. This period begins when Goreme Jewelry Company receives the product you have returned.
